Yes it is safe to use your credit / debit card on this website, we use a layered protection system that ensures transaction are secure and cannot be intercepted.
3D secure is a security feature on our site that requires you to confirm the payment with your bank before the transaction can be approved, normally your bank will send you a code that can be entered when requested and this will allow your payment to continue.
When going through the payment wizard you will be given the options dependant on your bank,it can be via your banking app on your phone, or a text message to the number registered with your bank account.
Unfortunately we do not accept payments other then debit / credit card payments on our website, however if you do require alternate payment methods please contact our support teams and we will see how we may assist you.

help Order Status

Your orders can be tracked in your My Account area, full information and updates are available when you open the order you created.
Each order status that requires your attention will notify you of a problem, there is also a small discription of the status if you look benethe the order status.
You may request to cancel your order at anytime, this can be done in your 'My Accounts' section, view your order, once you can see your entire order at the bottom of the order you have your option to cancel to order.

Delivery charges are set in your shopping cart, once you have placed your order there will be no additional charges to your delivery, unless you make changes to your delievery after it has been shipped to your choosen address, these charges are applied by the delievery company and not us.
Delivery times vary dependant on the delivery option available to you on purchase, it can take upto 5 working days for packages to reach the destination, however this is normally only 2-3 days unless you have upgraded your delivery options.
In rare cases there can be an error with shipping, in these cases you will notice a change in the expected delivery date.
Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery options through the website, however if you contact support we will do our best to assist you with your order.
